DAY 8: feel that fire

“Feel That Fire” was the first single from our album Better Days. We have taken a new direction with our original music. After performing our first album Undefined on tour, we felt that we needed to write some more light-hearted, fun songs. So we decided to write original music inspired by dance music - more grooved-based, one could say. Something that didn’t seem so serious. “Why so serious?” Right?

This video is part 2 in the trilogy! Nick begins his journey where Zack left off - following the mysterious fire trail out into the desert to see what lies ahead. We shot this video in the same place where we shot “Take Me to Church” and “Rolling in the Deep.” We wanted to do something with a storyline, but we also wanted to keep it mysterious so we could build on this story for future videos. And although we had a VFX artist create most of the fire you see in the video, some of the fire was real, including the magical fire swirl that reveals the book at the end! Pretty sweet! Enjoy.
